Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 5 business days to ship. We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses

  • Select international locations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us. We may be able to add it for you.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Available shipping options include:

Domestic (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days (may vary by location)

Please note: Delivery time estimates do not account for potential delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom or large orders may require additional processing time. Any extended lead times will be communicated before shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Widdle Off-Woad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@widdleoffwoad.com with a photo of the damage, and we will work with you on a resolution.

International Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country. We are unable to mark items as gifts or undervalue orders.
